Token Standard: ERC-3643
We issue fund interests as ERC-3643 (T-REX) tokens on Polygon CDK (Ethereum L2). This standard embeds identity checks into the token itself, preventing transfers to non-KYC wallets automatically.
Custody: Fireblocks MPC
All underlying assets and treasury funds are held in Fireblocks Multi-Party Computation (MPC) wallets. Keys are never whole; they are sharded across geographically distributed nodes. Insurance coverage is maintained via Lloyd's of London syndicate.
Smart Contract Security
Issuance and redemption contracts are audited by OpenZeppelin. Code is formally verified. Upgradeability is controlled by a 3-of-5 Multi-Sig wallet held by independent directors and administrators.
NAV Reconciliation
On-chain token supply is reconciled daily with off-chain NAV calculated by our administrator (Maples Group). Any discrepancy triggers an immediate halt in transfers until resolved.
Redemption Mechanics
Investors submit redemption requests via the portal. Tokens are burned upon approval. Fiat/crypto proceeds are settled T+5 business days to the investor's whitelisted bank account or wallet.
These tokens are not listed on any exchange. Transfers are permitted only between pre-approved, KYC-verified wallets subject to fund approval.
