Liquidity Risk
Redemptions are monthly. In times of stress, the fund may impose gates or suspend redemptions to protect remaining investors. Tokens are illiquid and cannot be easily sold.
Regulatory Risk
Changes in Cayman, US, or global crypto regulations could impact the fund's ability to operate or redeem assets. We monitor this closely but cannot guarantee regulatory stability.
