United States
Strictly prohibited. Includes US citizens, residents, green card holders, and entities organized under US law (Regulation S exclusion).
Sanctioned Countries
Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Russia, Belarus, and any other jurisdiction subject to OFAC, UN, or UK sanctions.
High-Risk/Prohibited
China (PRC), Canada, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Venezuela, and any jurisdiction identified by FATF as having strategic AML deficiencies.
Local Law Restrictions
Any jurisdiction where the offer or sale of unregistered securities or crypto-assets is illegal without local registration.
